Before you go to the Patient Portal

To access your personal patient portal, go to our website (www.cvosm.com) or search cvosm.ema.md. If you don't have a patient portal set up, stop up at the front desk, give us a call, or send a Klara message, so we can send you a link with your username and password. You will need to provide us with your email address.

When logging in for the first time, be sure to use a web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Edge). Once you have successfully logged in through the browser, you can then download and sign in using the patient portal app, which is called APPatient.

For new users, log in using the username and password provided to you. For returning users, use the username and password that you created.

What you can do in the portal

• My Health — update your medical history and patient information, view test results, and more.
• Messages — send a message to your provider, Billing, or Medical Records.
• Appointments — see your upcoming and past appointments.
• Billing — view your current balance, billing statements, and manage your cards on file.
